October 24, 2016 /Being a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and "gun-shy" about entering into the Seattle Realestate Market. The Pickett Street team members were GREAT at helping me overcome these fears and very prompt to respond to any inquiries I made. I had a lot of questions and concerns over things that were quite normal, but as I mentioned, I had no idea what to expect. I knew that I could text Katie any time and get a response as soon as she could possibly reply. Sarah was very good about keeping me on track with all of the necessary timelines as well. There was even a point where my scanner was on the fritz and Margaret had me come to her office and use hers to get all of the documentation scanned and sent to my lender (the Touchette Team at Caliber Home Loans). September 2, 2016 /So, not a member of any other loyalty club and I have to say this one is amazing. Mostly because the selling experience was already amazing through Pickett Street during my short sale process...but then the gifts were really surprising, fun and useful! I think my favorite was likely the Ben Howard CD...I am a huge music fan, and had not really had a lot of exposure to this artist, and now he is one of my favorites for mellow music. Close second would be the last one, the outdoor movie at Marymoor. Must say the food oriented gifts less liked, mostly because we are vegan and generally don't use a lot of sauces and what not. But truthfully as wonderful as the loyalty club is, my selling experience still outshines the gifts.Read more
