March 3, 2017 /8 months after selling with this team, I just bought a place through them...Can't be said enough how on top of things this team is. I was looking 1st with a friend of mine who's an agent, but didn't work out as he just didn't have the resources. We looked at the same place I ended up buying and he was unable to get any info on it...I spoke to Katie and we went right up to see it, submitted an offer, mutual acceptance within a day... That's just a part of what you get with this team - if 1 person doesn't have the answer for you right away, someone else will...they got me through all the hurdles and issues buying a foreclosed property (which always has issues of 1 kind or another) I know for a fact if it wasn't for Katie and her team i wouldn't have gotten the place I ended up buying...amazing team...thank you guys again and again!Read more

February 3, 2017 /I'm a happy condo owner with the help of Pickett street. The buying process was a bumpy road for me but Pickett street was there to give me a helping hand at every step of the way. With me being a first time home buyer, I was confused and needed help to understand what was going on. Katie Silver was there to help and broke things down so that I was able to see and understand what was going on. I am so grateful and thankful to have had here throughout the whole buying process. I was a first time home buyer and so I felt kind of scared and was very inexperienced with how the process works. I think as a first time home buyer it was awesome to work with a whole real estate team. I worked with Katie, Sarah, and David. December 27, 2016 /It’s early November, we meet with Jesse Moore (listing agent) and tell him we want to sell our condo in Edmonds and find a larger home with a mother in law setup. Jesse predicts that we can sell our condo in one weekend and most likely above asking. Before we even list our Edmonds condo, we meet up with Katie Silver (buying agent) to look at homes to purchase. Turns out that Katie just almost bought a house for herself that fits our exact needs and is off the market getting roofing work done. We get permission to check it out. It’s perfect, we must get this house! It’s November 10th and its listing day. We start getting a flood of calls from realtors to come check out the condo. By evening of November 12th we are pending with multiple offers. On November 14th we are locked in a contingent contract with our purchase. Boom! Within 4 days, we are officially in contract on both our sale and purchase.
