June 19, 2018 /Pickett Street Properties has helped us with multiple investment property purchases. Most recently, they sold our condo and helped us upgrade to two 4-plex properties via 1031 Exchange. The listing experience was seamless. Jesse is truly an expert. We listed and sold for more than we were expecting, and once under contract, Sarah did an excellent job at making sure that nothing fell through the cracks throughout the transaction (for both our sale and purchase). This was our first 1031 Exchange and we were nervous about all of the moving parts and finding the right property within the required timeframe. All members of the buyers team were knowledgeable and available to hold our sweaty hands. Nicole specializes in investment properties - her expertise surrounding the numbers and her creative negotiating skills makes her an ideal partner when working through a complicated investment purchase. Overall, our experience with Pickett Street was pretty stellar. They always kept us up on what was happening and were prompt in answering any questions we had. Everyone is incredibly nice and seems to really want to help. We were selling our from afar and Christi went above and beyond. The only frustration we had was we felt like we got conflicting information at times.
