We have now used Pickett Street Properties to both buy and sell our home. The good: communication. They always kept us up on what was happening and were prompt in answering any questions we had. Everyone is incredibly nice and seems to really want to help. We were selling our from afar and Christi went above and beyond.
The only frustration we had was we felt like we got conflicting information at times. When we were purchasing we felt like our agent didn’t get our offer in on time and the buyer accepted a lower offer.
Overall we were very satisfied and would use them again!
