Our Team

Raised on a ranch in rural Montana, Jesse moved to the Puget Sound in 2001. He has spent the duration of that time in the real estate industry, and in 2006 founded the Pickett Street Property Team with a partner. As the team grew they not only weathered the real estate recession, but thrived — breaking records in 2010 and every year following. With an eye for detail and a heart for his clients, Jesse built the team to continue to bring the highest level of customer service to an expanding list of clients. Passionate for his trade, Jesse is considered an expert on the local real estate market, and his knowledge of the market has led him to be featured on two radio programs, including NPR’s Weekend Edition.

Jesse has a degree in English Literature from Montana State University. Jesse is also a published writer and the father to two beautiful children. Jesse is both the Owner and Lead Listing Agent for Pickett Street Properties.

Although she was born in Ukraine, Ella moved to the beautiful State of Washington when she was one and has lived here ever since. She has worked in customer service for over 4 years. Starting at an interior design showroom helping people find luxurious finishes for their homes to working at a medical equipment manufacturer fulfilling orders and helping customers. Her passion for working with people and investing in real estate led her to become a real estate agent. Ella’s passion for helping people, consistent communication, positive energy and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients are the traits that set her apart. 

Ella attended Tacoma Community College for two years. She and her husband love to explore coffee shops around Seattle and both share a passion for traveling around the world.
